The ideal candidate should have a hospitality background, excellent guest-handling skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a pleasant personality, professional communication, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming experience for guests.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests and assist them with inquiries, requests, and reservationsOversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and seamless guest experiences.Manage reservations, room allocations, billing, cash handling, and front office documentation accurately.Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/front office areaEnsure a positive guest experience in line with company standardsLead, supervise, and support the front office team while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.Assist in training team members and fostering a positive, guest-centric work environment.RequirementsRelevant experience in hotels is mandatory.Good communication skills in English are mandatoryPleasant personality with strong interpersonal skillsPassion for guest service and hospitality operationsBasic computer knowledge and familiarity with eZee absolute (PMS software)Ability to work in rotational shiftsMust have prior experience of minimum 2-4 yearsPay: 19,000.00 - 28,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleFood providedHealth insuranceProvident FundApplication Question(s):Are you okay to commute to the work location regularly Do you have any prior experience in the hotel industry Are you comfortable with rotational shifts Work Location: In person Company: Saltstayz Hospitality Pvt.
