Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR STAFF NURSE (HOMECARE)Qualification Required- GNM and BSC NursingMinimum Experience- 1 yearUpper Age Limit- 35 yearsSalary 19k to 25k monthlyTravel Allowance Rs 100 per duty & will get attached with salary and payable daily.Shift- 12 hr both day and night shift Weekly 6 days workingLocation- A circle with radius to 20km of his/her residency.He/she must have to cover in an unordinary case he /she relocated to entire covering city but that is a rare casePerks and Benefits- Travel Allowance PF (ESIC, medical benefits and annual increments)Annual Leaves- 31 (casual leaves/Emergency leaves/personal leaves/occasional leaves)Location- Dehradun, MohaliRole and Responsibilities
    1. Maintaining care for all patients during their shifts
    2. Recognising the change in a patients health conditions and responding appropriately
    3. Recording and monitoring a patients vital signs
    4. Promoting well-being by educating patients on self-care techniques
    5. Consulting with doctors and other medical staff to determine the optimal treatment plan
    6. Administering over-the-counter and non-intravenous medications
    7. Changing dressings of the wounds
    8. Nurturing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to the patient and their family members
    9. Operating medical equipment with accuracy
