Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as International Voice Process associates. This full-time position is based in Mohali and offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values communication and customer service. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our international clients during the night shift.Key Responsibilities
    • Engage with customers through voice communication to address inquiries and resolve issues.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system for future reference.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
    QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
    • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using communication tools.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
    • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • No prior experience is required; however, candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role will be preferred.
