Job Description

    We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst & Delivery Coordinator to bridge the gap between clients and development teams. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, maintaining project documentation, ensuring ticket hygiene, and supporting delivery coordination across multiple Salesforce projects.The ideal candidate can translate client discussions into clear, actionable requirements and ensure development teams have the information they need to execute efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & AnalysisParticipate in client calls, meetings, and discussions.Convert client requirements received through calls, emails, and messages into detailed user stories and functional requirements.Create clear acceptance criteria before development begins.Identify gaps, dependencies, and ambiguities in requirements and proactively seek clarification.Ticket & Project ManagementOwn and maintain project boards in Jira and/or ClickUp.Ensure every ticket contains complete requirements, ownership, priority, due dates, and status updates.Monitor project progress and highlight blockers or stalled items.Prepare project boards and updates for daily stand-ups and team reviews.Documentation & Knowledge ManagementCreate and maintain project documentation, process flows, and feature specifications.Ensure every completed feature is documented with details of what was built and how it functions.Maintain project knowledge repositories for future reference and team onboarding.Client Communication & Delivery SupportAssist in preparing project status updates and release notes.Maintain project decision logs and meeting notes.Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and project leads to ensure smooth project execution.Support delivery planning and follow-up activities.Required Skills & Qualifications1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role.Understanding of Salesforce concepts such as Objects, Fields, Flows, Sharing, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with Jira, Click Up, or similar project management tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on action items.Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to improve productivity.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Associate Certification or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.Experience working in Salesforce consulting or software services organizations.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience managing project boards and workflows.What We Are Looking ForStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and documentation excellence.Ability to convert complex discussions into structured requirements.Proactive communication and ownership mindset.Strong follow-up and coordination skills.Ability to work closely with clients and technical teams.Selection ProcessInitial ScreeningInterview Round(s)Practical AssessmentPractical AssessmentCandidates will be provided with a client call recording or transcript and will be required to submit:A requirements document with user stories and acceptance criteria.A ticket breakdown with scope and suggested implementation order.A list of open questions and clarifications for the client.
