We build scalable, data-driven solutions that empower organizations to make informed business decisions.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior BI Product Owner to lead the end-to-end Business Intelligence product roadmap, enterprise reporting strategy, and executive decision-support capabilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, architects, and BI developers to deliver scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, and actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the BI product roadmap, backlog, and release planning.Define and deliver executive dashboards, reporting solutions, and KPI frameworks.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.Lead the development of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting products.Ensure data governance, reporting accuracy, security, and dashboard performance.Drive stakeholder adoption through training, documentation, and change management.Identify opportunities for reporting automation and AI-enabled analytics.Mentor BI teams and establish best practices for dashboard development and governance.Required Skills1014 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, BI Product Ownership, or Data Leadership.Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Dashboard Performance Optimization.Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Data Lake, or similar cloud analytics platforms.Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, Data Warehousing, KPI frameworks, and Data Governance.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Databricks, Snowflake, or modern Lakehouse architecture.Exposure to AI/ML-enabled analytics and forecasting.Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data, or Product Owner certifications are an added advantage.Why Join TechRBM Lead Business Intelligence initiatives in a rapidly growing technology company.Work on enterprise-scale AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, and Analytics projects.Collaborate directly with senior leadership and global clients.Competitive compensation, leadership exposure, and excellent career growth opportunities.If youre passionate about building data-driven products and enabling business success through analytics, wed love to hear from you.
