    TEAM LEAD - ITAbout the Job Role:We are currently looking for TEAM LEAD - IT who must be self-driven, out of box thinker, possess great mental stamina and has team handling & leadership skills. In short, he/she should be driven by passion in life and needless - be passionate about Software Development.Job Title : Team Lead - ITJob Location : MohaliShift Timing : General ShiftExperience : 07-12 yrs (Min 03 years experience in Laravel framework)Education : Bachelors degree/ Master or equivalent requiredKey Responsibilities:1. Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of the IT department.2. Direct and control all activities to meet/ control end-user expectations and meet budgeted financial objectives tied to the project.3. Obtain approval of requirements and configuration/ system design documents.4. Coordinate with Business Analyst to understand client business needs and requirements.5. Responsible for technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post implementation support for HRMS and in house Software Development.6. Perform the full range of project management cycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Independently lead and direct projects requiring high levels of functional integration and involving multiple disciplines to be managed.7. Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:1. Highly effective written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.2. Ability to productively assemble, engage, and lead cross-functional teams.3. Demonstrated project management ability to employ integration, scope time management, cost, quality, human resources and communications, risk, and procurement components.4. Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem solving skills in a variety of situations.5. Keen grasp of interpersonal and impact awareness.6. Depth of knowledge in technical discipline/ domain needed to deliver projects.7. Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.8. Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar application.
