    Job SummaryThe Vice President Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing client satisfaction. The role focuses on optimizing processes, maximizing revenue realization, and building scalable, high-performing RCM operations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and execute RCM strategy aligned with organizational goalsDrive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and scalabilityPartner with executive leadership on long-term growth initiativesLead transformation initiatives including automation and digital adoptionOperations ManagementOversee end-to-end RCM lifecycle including:Patient/Client onboarding, eligibility & authorizationCharge capture, coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS where applicable)Claim submission & clearinghouse managementPayment posting and reconciliationAccounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups and collectionsDenial management, appeals, and write-offsEstablish and maintain productivity, quality, and TAT standardsFinancial ManagementDrive revenue realization, collections, and cash flow improvementReduce AR days and minimize denials and revenue leakageTrack and improve key financial metrics and KPIsManage budgets, cost optimization, and profitabilityCompliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure adherence to industry regulations (CMS, HIPAA, payer guidelines)Maintain audit readiness and compliance standardsImplement quality assurance frameworks and continuous improvement initiativesLead internal audits and corrective action plansClient & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersHandle escalations, governance calls, and performance reviews (QBRs)Support new client onboarding, transitions, and expansionsDrive high client satisfaction and retentionPeople LeadershipLead large RCM teams comprising Managers, AVPs, and DirectorsBuild leadership pipeline and succession planningDrive performance management, training, and employee engagementEnable a high-performance and accountability-driven cultureKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and people management skillsDeep understanding of RCM processes and healthcare billing workflowsStrategic thinking and business acumenExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in automation, process improvement, and transformation initiatives QualificationsBachelors degree (mandatory)MBA / Healthcare Management preferredIndustry certifications (AAPC, AHIMA, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) are a plusExperience1520 years of experience in Revenue Cycle ManagementProven track record in senior leadership roles (Director / AVP / VP)Experience managing large teams and multi-client operationsExposure to healthcare billing and reimbursement processes Job SummaryThe Vice President Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing client satisfaction.
