Whether working with startups or established organizations, Digitoglobe positions itself as a long-term partner for digital growth.Role Description The Youth Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering youth-focused initiatives that align with Digitoglobes community and brand objectives. In this role, the Youth Lead designs and facilitates youth programs, workshops, and activities that promote digital literacy, creativity, and personal development. The position involves engaging with young participants, building positive relationships, and providing guidance and support in line with best practices in youth work and social impact. The Youth Lead collaborates with internal teams and external partners to organize events, collect feedback, and continuously improve program content and execution. Daily tasks include program scheduling, communication with participants and stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all youth involved.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Youth Leadership and Youth Work, with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse groups of young people.Hands-on experience designing, implementing, or coordinating Youth Programs, including workshops, events, or community initiatives.Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to engage youth, parents, partners, and internal stakeholders clearly and respectfully.Background or practical exposure in Social Work, community engagement, or related fields focused on youth development and well-being.Ability to create inclusive, safe, and supportive environments that respect individuals of all backgrounds and identities.Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.Comfort working on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Relevant academic qualification in social sciences, education, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with digital platforms and social media is an advantage, particularly for engaging youth and promoting programs.
