• Design and deploy best practice solutions that adhere to the business needs and drive business outcome
• Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders and regional customer leadership teams to understand the business requirements and design cloud solutions architecture and documentations
• Technically lead projects deliveries end to end.
• Drive architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions scale, performance, agility, HA/DR considerations.
• Develop and maintain HLD, LLD documents and technical specifications
• Support migration of on-premises and collaboration services to the Microsoft Cloud. Collaboration with the migration team including the Engineering & Database team.
• Assess and develop application modernization architecture towards re-platforming Azure IaaS & PaaS services.
• Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues
• Ability to back decisions with research and articulate several options in complex situations, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation
• Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
• Manage and engage closely with architecture, technical lead and engineering partners from various vendor and partner organization.
• Monitor the technology landscape for emerging technologies, patterns and solutions that can benefit ManpowerGroup as a whole.
• Build quick POCs, pilots and production deployment
• # Skills & Experience :
• Overall 8-12 Yrs Experience in Public Cloud.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud-native architectures including multi-tenant, scalable, and resilient solutions.
• Must have at least 4 years experience in designing, executing and supporting IT cloud solutions for any large multinational corporation at Global or Regional level.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services such as Compute (VMs, Containers), Storage (Blobs, Disks), Networking (Virtual Networks, Load Balancers), and Identity (Azure Active Directory).
• Proficiency in Terraform and Azure DevOps for cloud automation and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience in designing and configuring Azure Cloud Services, Resource Manager, Networking, Security, Virtual Machines, App Services, SQL Database, Iaas, PaaS Services, Storage, DevOps, Active Directory, and other Azure Functions
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
• Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
• Ability to stay up to date with the latest cloud services, trends and technologies.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
• Strong interest and curiosity in leveraging the latest in tech to solve customer problems.
• Experience in communicating with end users, technical & business teams to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs.
• Experience meeting goals in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing needs
