Job Description

    Position: Field Officer Sales (FOS) | Home LoanDepartment: Retail Assets Home LoanInterview Mode: VirtualWorking Days: 6 Days a Week (as per Bank Policy)Working Hours: 9 Hours per DayRole OverviewWe are looking for experienced and result-driven Field Officer Sales (FOS) professionals to strengthen our Home Loan business. The role involves sourcing new business opportunities, building relationships with builders and developers, promoting Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products, and achieving assigned sales goals.Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and onboard new builder and developer projects within the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners.
    • Promote Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products to prospective customers.
    • Generate business through builder visits, project campaigns, customer meetings, and referral activities.
    • Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure timely project approvals and loan processing.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
    • Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer leads, conversions, and sales performance.
    • Ensure all sales activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
    • 2-3 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
    • Experience working with builders, developers, or the real estate market will be an added advantage.
    Required Skills
    • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
    • Good sales, negotiation, and business development abilities.
    • Customer-focused approach with excellent networking skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
    • Ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
