Job Description

    URGENT HIRING || SERVICE NOW -ITOM ARCHITECT || PUNEJob Title: ServiceNow ITOM ArchitectLocation: WFH / HybridExperience - 8- 12 yrsWorking days 5days (9 to 6pm or 10 to 7pm)Salary - 35 to 40 lpa
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategy.
    • Develop end-to-end solutions for IT operations, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps.
    • Define best practices for ITOM modules and drive automation across IT operations.
    • Work closely with IT, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to drive adoption and maximize value.
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in ServiceNow ITOM for stakeholders and executive leadership.
    • Guide and mentor developers and administrators on ITOM best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
    • Define and maintain CMDB data models, CI relationships, and policies.
    • Monitor performance and recommend improvements to optimize IT operations.
    • Qualifications & Skills:
    • ServiceNow ITOM Expertise:
    • Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management).
    • Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, ITIL, and AIOps principles.
    • Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with ServiceNow.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (Scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.).
    • Strong knowledge of networking, servers, databases, and IT infrastructure.
    • Familiarity with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.) and IT automation solutions.
    • Certifications (Preferred):
    • ServiceNow Certified CIS on Discovery/Event/Service Mapping
    • ITIL v4 Certification
    • Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Experience:
    • 9 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, ITOM, or IT infrastructure roles.
    • Strong background in enterprise IT operations, cloud technologies, and automation.
