Job Description

    Collection Officer and Loan Officer Field SalesExperience:02 Years - Fresher Can apply who have 2 wheelerQualification:12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)Age:1828 YearsJob Responsibilities:
    • Identify and acquire new customers for loan products through field visits.
    • Promote loan and overdraft products to retailers and small business owners.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets.
    • Follow up with customers for timely loan repayments and collections.
    • Generate leads through market surveys and local references.
    Eligibility:
    • 02 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, BFSI, or Fresher for Loan Officer role
    • 0-2 Years in Collection recovery or Freser
    • Good communication and customer handling skills.
    • Self-motivated and willing to work in the field.
    • Ability to speak Hindi, English, and the local language.
    Mandatory Requirements:
    • Own a two-wheeler with valid insurance.
    • Valid driving license.
    • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
