Job Description

    Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, selling products or services over the phone, and maintaining a positive customer relationship. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Contact potential customers through outbound calls to promote and sell products or services.
    • Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest or made inquiries.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
    • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive products.
    • Achieve and exceed individual performance metrics and KPIs.
