Job Description

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Drive Home Loan, LAP, and Margin Money Funding sales through open market, developers, and DSAs
    • Manage team performance (for managerial roles)
    • Oversee affordable housing loan operations and customer handling
    • Credit appraisal, legal due diligence, and customer relationship management
    • Data analysis, partnership development, and collection operations (as per role)
    Preferred Candidate Profile
    • Graduate with 1 to 17 years of relevant experience in mortgages, BFSI, or affordable housing sector
    • Strong communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
    • Experience in sourcing, credit checks, legal review, or collections (role-specific)
    • Open to travel & working in dynamic sales environments
    • Prior experience in Bangalore, Pune, or Mumbai markets is a plus
