  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identifying and targeting niche market segments for energy storage applications.
  • Conducting competitive analysis to inform product positioning and market entry.
  • Managing key accounts and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Leading and mentoring a team to ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; MBA/PG in Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, including new product launches and concept selling to OEMs or institutional clients.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strategic mindset and customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
