Requirement: English, Hindi & Kannada is mandatory.Understand the manpower requirements and responding on time. Keeping track of the vacancies and status. Job posting in job sites. Managing the job applications and databank. Preparation job description of vacant position Sourcing the profiles from various sources viz. job portals, advertisement, databank, vendors etc. Initial screening of the profiles. Conducting Reference checks. Coordinating for interviews. Preparing offer letters, Salary Fitment, appointment letters. Induction and Orientation of new employees. Training & Development. Hiring and Master Data Maintenance of employees in SAP. Probation and Training evaluation. Performance management. Preparing Monthly, quarterly reports (MIS) & review meeting presentations. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Candidate must have good communication and negotiation skill. 2. Knowledge of Kannada language is desired. 3. Should be proficient in MS Office packages. 4. Experience working in SAP is an added advantage.
