Job description : Collaborate with the Senior Management to define and articulate the organizations vision to set up a vibrant Agri-Commodity business with Special focus on Cashew nuts and to develop strategies for achieving that vision. Set up Cashew sourcing network across West Africa and necessary processing base in India and Vietnam. Keep track of global Cashew and other Agri Commodity price movement and demand. Understand market needs and gaps to be able to develop and position the right product at right prices in the market to establish PIL as a leading global player for bulk and consumer packs. Set up and manage Quality Control Systems to deliver superior products at competitive prices. Budgeting and target setting with full P&L responsibility. Ensuring optimum costs on all fronts. Analyze market dynamics and develop effective RtM through complete channel management planning and implementation. Controlling commercial activities pertaining to procurement, sale, credit policy and etc
