MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: MACHINE LEARNING, ROBOTICS, ARITFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Position acts as leader/expert who mentors team members responsible for gathering information from a wide range of sources to resolve problems with unknown solutions including internal business units and third party vendors; Participates in requirements gathering process and user testingPossess both in-depth understanding of business operations & tools/programing expertise, with the object of deriving meaningful insights from large & complicated data to achieve operational excellence.Expertise in latest Business Intelligence tools, Machine Learning, AI & IOTSubmit Manual Results as Required; Contest Attainment Reporting; Including, studying trends, identifying root causes, recommending corrective actionsMay serve as a mentor in the region for one or two product domains, Service Tools, Global Services Programs & Services Processes.Works on multiple projects or a project with global scope; Owns the overall management of the project, coordinating resources across organizations and managing to timeline; Manages all phases of a projectAccountable for successful design, development, and deployment of global service processes and related infrastructureContributes to recommendations on process redefinition to adapt processes to solutionsPosition is responsible for supporting Services Sales by managing information, reporting and administrative activities related to the sales processPosition is responsible for supporting the service force with efficient tools and effective processes that enable increased productivity & operational efficiencyCreate, maintain and distribute management reporting package.Review existing processes with the intent to drive process improvements that deliver higher quality results and improvements across the organization; Critical for this position to develop a clear understanding of the services process to understand how process improvements can drive increased productivity, operational efficiency & customer delightAdditionally, this position must be comfortable in working in a cross functional environment with team members from Sales, Finance, ITS and othersBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:> Bachelors Degree> 6 years of related experience> Proficiency in BI Tools, ML, AI> Strong proficiency or expertise in Business Objects or similar database systems, advanced query building> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), VBA programing, macros.> Proficiency in CSMS, Gasper, SLAM/CUI> Proven clear and concise written and verbal communication skills> Ability to organize work while managing shifting priorities in an ever changing environment> Experience in process documentation, procedure design, project management, training, information analysis or reporting> Proven ability to leverage relationships to obtain information necessary to provide the team with the most current business informationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- MCA/ Programing Language/Business Analytics certifications preferred- Strong business-to-business analytical, financial and strategic thinking- Experience in a global matrix environment- Green Belt Certification/ITILEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCRs commitment to diversity.
