This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. The CTO will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives.Qualification & Skills:Software Development: Experience in software development, programming languages, and databasesSound knowledge about all the frameworks – NodeJs, Express, NestJs, Flutter/React native, AWS- EC2 & RDSArchitecture: Ability to design and manage complex software architectures and data systemsProject Management: Strong project management skills, including risk management, scheduling, and budgetingIT Strategy: Understanding of IT strategy development and implementation, including infrastructure and securityProduct Development: Experience in developing and launching software productsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplineExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the social media or online content creation industry is a plusIndustrySocial Networking Platforms
