Job SummaryAnswer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management.   1. Age: 20 years to 35 years
  2. Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (or 2 equivalent)6 months experience.
  3. Maximum Qualification: Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students).
  4. Experience: Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.
  5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English.
  6. Shifts: 24*7 Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts).

International Voice (Hospitality)Responsibility: Provide Customer Service to International CustomersShift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.Working Days: 5 days workingWeekly Offs: 2 Week Offs (Rotational and Split)Transport: Nodal Pick up and Drop, Home Pickup and Home Drop as per Shift TimingsRounds of Interview: HR, MAKI Assessment, Voice and Accent, Operations Round.
