Job Description

Job Role: Customer Success ManagerLocation: Mumbai:

  • Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services
  • Working with your accounts to grow their usage and product adoption (New Products WhatsApp, Rich Communication Services RCS etc.)
  • Advocate for your customers internally as you work cross-functionally with Sales, Development, and Product teams
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to successfully seize these opportunities
  • Review the customer journey, determine how its supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals
  • Developing solutions by researching current technology trends, gathering requirements from clients, and proposing new features to improve the overall experience
  • Monitoring the performance of existing solutions to identify areas for improvement
  • Working with development teams to ensure that projects meet requirements and deadlines
  • Evaluating new technologies and recommending them for implementation where appropriate
  • Reporting progress on projects to clients and stakeholders throughout the duration of a project
Skills:
  • Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, organizational and written communication skills
  • 3-5 years experience in customer success, account management, consulting, solutions engineering or related field
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with a customer first approach
  • Top-shelf problem solving skills
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • A tendency for relationship building
  • Relevant Industry knowledge
