  • Lead sourcing initiatives within the Professional Services category, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage and renew HR-specific contracts, ensuring timely negotiations and compliance.
  • Conduct end-to-end RFQ/RFP processes, including supplier identification, evaluation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for P2P process management, maintaining process efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and vendors, ensuring contract governance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 34 years in procurement, preferably within ITES/BPO/KPO sectors, managing HR and recruitment contracts.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of P2P processes, contract management, vendor negotiations, and performance management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, experience with digital tools/databases, and familiarity with contract legal terms.
