This leadership position is crucial in driving our channel development strategies and enhancing our partnerships within the electrical and building management sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our ecosystem, exceptional influencing skills, and a track record of driving results.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities:Channel Strategy Development:

• Design and implement innovative channel marketing strategies that align with Schneider Electrics business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and channel strategies.
• Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of channel programs and drive continuous improvement.

Program Implementation:

• Develop and oversee partner support programs that enhance partner engagement and drive sales growth.
• Implement digital marketing initiatives that promote channel partner capabilities, including training and resources.
• Ensure that all programs comply with industry standards and regulations, while also adhering to Schneider Electrics internal policies.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide insights on the electrical and building management sectors, including emerging technologies and market innovations.
• Stay updated on EcoStruxure Power and other digital solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to partners.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop training modules and resources that equip partners with necessary product knowledge.

• Looking for a candidate with 15 years in Marketing Management and People Management with exposure in Sales and Partner support.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge in relevant technologies, programming languages, and frameworks related to your field (e.g., machine learning, data analysis, software development).
• Project Management: Proven experience managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements that impact the business.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to tackle complex challenges and implement effective solutions.
