  • Support the sales team in achieving the revenue target by coordinating with customers and ensuring collection of customer company documents required for reports preparation.
  • Conduct rigorous follow-ups with customers for documents or management discussion on a day-to-day basis to maintain continuous inflow of documents.
  • Work towards ensuring that customers have a good experience of working with D&B by coordinating closely with clients, the sales team, and the operations team; act as the SPOC to ensure the process functions smoothly.
  • Lead review calls with the Head of department and Ops team, sharing updates on inventory cases and highlighting risks, if any.
  • Obtain confirmation from clients on report acceptance, hard copy dispatch, and procure testimonials for hard copy dispatch.
  • Manage the online MIS with minimal error percentage to ensure smooth information flow between the Ops and CS teams.
  • Timely and accurate updating of the online MIS to aid in inventory management and revenue forecasting; raise red flags when concerns arise.
  • Distribute various newsletters to clients monthly and manage the client servicing team to ensure team collaboration.
  • Act as a SPOC for all conversations with Ops and provide inputs in leadership meetings from the teams perspective.
Key Requirements
  • Postgraduate in Management.
  • Prior experience in product/business development/business analyst/strategy is preferred.
  • Linguistic proficiency in English.
  • Primary external interactions: Corporate Clients, Vendors.
  • Primary internal interactions: Senior Management, Finance.
  • Good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking to solve problems faced and have a structure in place to ensure no lapse.
