JOB DETAILSMin. 3 years experience in delivery, supply chain, the Last-mile operation sector or in Transport IndustryGood understanding of customer service managementGood Communication & problem-solving skillsTR (Transport Commercial) Permit Licence MustKnowledge of general delivery applications. E.g. Ola, Zomato, Grofers, EtcMin 12th pass or any other equivalent Diploma.Good Knowledge of Region and local area.Preferably from Auto mobile service industries or similar organization. E.g. DriveU, Drivezy, Zoomcar, BookMygarage.com, Etc.Responsibilites :Daily Completion of already aligns pick up and drop of customersCompleting the inspection and survey within the TATFollowing daily route planning to complete customer inquiry as per the aligned by team and as per the priorityHandling overall assigned Complaints and inquiries of the customer with responsivenessPrompt updating of information to all the shareholders and in the systemUpdating all the each case-related information into respective team & the systemEnsuring order fulfilment and related customer service KPIs including MIS reportsProactively be involved with continuous inventory managementAdhering to company policy regarding ground discipline and representationOwnership of Vendor or company owned assetsTaking Ownership & responsibility of Customer asset while pick up and drop
