The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases business revenue.

  • Providing service and customer support during field visits.
  • Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and PM visits, IQ/OQ.
  • Generation of service revenue for the company & support to sales & marketing team.
  • Delivering highest service quality levels in region assigned and maintain and increase NPS.
  • Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and PM visits, IQ/OQ.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Follow document processes through SFDC, Service Max.
  • Follow all companys filed procedures and protocols.
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Generation of service revenue for the company.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Maintain and increase NPS.
  • Support sales team for consumables sales and buyback of old instruments.
Who you are:
  • Proven field service experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing work environment.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and applications.
  • Technical degree or certification (Minimum Diploma Engineer, Degree Engineer preferred).
