  • Leading and overseeing all HR functions within the organization.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and frameworks.
  • Driving talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Managing compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Facilitating leadership development and training programs.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
  • 18-20 years of experience in HR leadership roles within FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in handling international stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and drive HR initiatives effectively.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker with a go-getter attitude.
