Job Description

You will be working independently/supporting other team members on a variety of tracking and ad-hoc studies. The role presents a great opportunity for you to develop your research skills and knowledge in an exciting and fast-moving environment.You would certainly be expected to make a difference and contribute positively to the team. You will learn from, and be supported by, seasoned experts across the group.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting on high complexity research projects.
  • Delivering small/medium complexity studies independently.
  • Briefing and liaising a range of internal teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Analysing and synthesising data to create interpretive, insightful reports and other outputs to meet the clients research objectives.
  • Liaising directly with your clients and other stakeholders to meet their needs.
Required Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in quantitative market research, especially Usage & attitude studies, Product Innovation research like pack/concept/name testing and Brand Health Research.
  • Prior market research agency experience is preferred.

  • You are an excellent communicator, and someone who demonstrates patience and willingness to help their clients learn and develop together.
  • Highly numerate and comfortable dealing with large datasets.
  • Genuine aptitude for end to end management of multiple projects at the same time, taking full ownership and delivering projects successfully to clients on time.
  • Demonstrating conscientiousness and attention to detail is crucial for this role.
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Clear and confident verbal and written client communication in English.
  • Strong client-facing capabilities.
