Job Description

Designation: Management Trainee - ProjectsLocation: Mumbai HO (Andheri East, Marol)Qualifications:Masters graduate, Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in Project Management & Data AnalysisAbout the OpportunityAs a Project Management Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. You will assist in coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. This role will provide hands-on experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. To provide MIS support for the business that encompasses in-depth business performance review, data analysis, monitoring and contribution margin analysis using analytical techniques and maintaining various dashboards. Lead, coordinate and develop efficiency tools for improved productivity and other metrics.A successful candidate will:

  • Assist project managers in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Support in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Contribute to the development of project management best practices and process improvements.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting needs.
  • Communicate insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Process Improvement:
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance data collection, processing, and reporting processes.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of data-related tasks.

  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and MIS development, preferably in an operations or business support context.
  • Proficiency in Project/Program management tools and platforms; proficiency in Google Suite applications & dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.
  • Experience with database management and data warehousing is a plus.
