  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels
  • Source candidates through diverse channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives
  • Optimize recruitment workflows using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure clarity in job requirements and seamless recruitment processes
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on recruitment metrics and process improvements
