Job Description

  1. Collating business requirements for different S&D channels for process and system development (design integrated SFDC process & system), operate as per the set guidelines for the region/state/area, getting the deliverables as per the objectives laid down, for effective channel growth.
  2. The role is also responsible for trouble shooting any issues related to region/state/JC in sync with the NHQ.
  3. The role ensures accurate forecasting of revenue generation through sell-in and sell out and is also responsible for counter share and growth for the brand in terms of sell out as per the potential of the outlet.
  4. This role is responsible to design incentive and programs across all channels i.e. channel partners/in-house team strategy, ensuring smooth channel onboarding process and system channel.
Education Requirement:Graduation, MBA preferredExperience Requirement:Minimum 5 Years - Maximum 8 YearsSkills & Competencies:
