Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONJob PurposeThis position is open with Bajaj Finserv Ltd.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mobilise Fixed Deposits through channel partners Independent financial advisors (IFA).
  • Empanel New Independent Financial Advisors from HDFC Life & BAGIC empaneled, existing as well as new BANCA Insurance partners.
  • Ensure min. threshold IFA Activation on Fixed Deposit mobilization.
  • Train empaneled IFAs and sales person on FD product USP, documentation and processes.
  • Local knowledge of the catchment and competition.
  1. Must possess knowledge on Fixed Deposits and other Investment products.
  2. Should preferably possess Channel Sales Background (DSA handling experience).
  3. Know the local geography/market and industries very well.
  4. Must have good communication skill (English and local language).
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduate/Post graduate.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years experience in Financial Sales.
  • High energy levels, self-motivated and a go-getter.
  • Past experience in BFSI preferred but may or may not be handling team in current profile.
  • Channel Management Skills.
