  • Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for lateral and campus hiring.

  • Auditing and improving existing recruitment processes to ensure robustness.
  • Leading employer branding initiatives at educational institutions through various programs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Ensuring adherence to performance management timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
  • Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring across educational institutions and lateral positions, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Collaborative team player with high integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
