Job Description

  • Review data from a 7-day audio listening diary and key/transfer information (postmark date, qualitative yes/no checkbox answers, age, zip code, start time, stop time, station information, band and/or location) to a Nielsen database.
  • Understand, interpret, and follow a complex set of business rules and procedures.
  • Flag entries with invalid or ambiguous information for further review as defined by policy guidelines.
  • Manage assigned workload and adapt to reprioritization as necessary.
  • Adhere to quality and productivity goals.
  • Understand production workflow and daily deadlines.
  • Assist with special projects as needed to meet critical operations and/or client concerns.
Job Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency (prefer Associates or Bachelors degree).
  • 1 year experience in a production or related environment preferred.
  • Proven data entry skills and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong reading comprehension for documented procedures.
  • Computer and typing skills (data entry).
  • Ability to prioritize and organize.
  • Proven accuracy and execution, with ability to follow explicit instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and ability to work from home in a quiet setting.
