Job Description

Presales Consultant MDR

  • Designation: Presales Consultant MDR
  • Job Code: HR1190
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Experience: 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
  • Use technical skills to design, implement, and provide knowledge transfer of MDR services & solutions.
  • Possess technical knowledge of MDR, SOC, different SIEM products, and their architecture.
  • Conduct pre-engagement meetings with customers to understand their requirements, set up, and suggest our solutions & services. This includes conducting technical presentations to prospective clients.
  • Function as a requirements analyst periodically to ensure customers are aware of the latest Cybersecurity portfolio offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and the Delivery team at NI.
  • Conduct Cybersecurity solution & service research to provide the latest updates & offerings to customers.
  • Contribute consistently to the Cybersecurity technical portfolio by adding, modifying, perfecting, and/or standardizing the Cybersecurity Portfolio.
  • Handle other Cybersecurity engineering, documentation, standardization, or training tasks as required.
  • Submit technical estimations for projects & RFPs.
  • Identify the needs of end-users of technical documentation.
  • Prepare data sheets, brochures, blogs, whitepapers, etc., with the help of a technical writer & the marketing team.
  • Standardize content across platforms and media.
  • Review, revise, and update methodology and approach documents.
  • Prepare and review presentation files.
  • Engage in marketing activities:
    • Preparing case studies.
    • Developing Website content.
    • Preparing white papers.
    • Managing organizations Blogs.
    • Preparing Brochure content.
