Job Description

Program Manager - 009D9UThis role requires expertise in operations, continuous improvement, data analytics, project planning, and risk management.EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Certified in Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC preferred.
  • Experience with project management methodologies; PMP preferred.
  • Experience with SCRUM methodologies; Certified PSM preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Key stakeholder management.
  • Ability to provide functional and performance dashboards; Power BI preferred.
  • Critical thinker able to break down problems into component parts.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience driving actionable insights and data analysis.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor the program and report the status to management on a regular basis.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
  • Implement continuous improvement solutions using Scrum methodologies to enhance the efficiency, collaboration, and adaptability of the team.
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to implement programs effectively.
