Job Description

Posted Date:06 Jan 2025Function/Business Area:Customer ServiceLocation:MumbaiJob Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate work with various internal stakeholders and get service requests resolved on priority
  2. Conduct first level troubleshooting with the customer branch end stakeholders
  3. Coordinate with internal JIO teams for faster resolution of fault
  4. Report link status on daily / weekly / monthly basis and maintain the customer link uptime
  5. Communicate and interact with customer IT/SPOC for all service/delivery related issues
  6. Monitor Data Centre link and escalate if needed internally for quick restoration
  7. Handle customer escalation and feedback effectively in a time-bound manner
  8. Release the tracker on fault management to customers as well as internal stakeholders
  9. Work on service level agreements and get the monthly/quarterly reports
  10. Link monitoring and do trouble ticket life cycle management for various scenarios
  11. Help Jio teams to do better stakeholder management at customer end
  12. Handle customer escalations and feedback effectively in a time-bound manner
  13. Manage L2 support at customer location
Education Requirement:B.E. (Engineering) with CCNA CertificationExperience Requirement:3 - 6 yearsSkills & Competencies:
