Roles & Responsibilities 1) Responsible for achieving the budgeted value & volume sales target of the assigned territory. 2) Responsible to control outstanding/ over dues by vigilantly monitoring the dealers. 3) To nurture existing dealers to increase our market share 4) Responsible for channel expansion and build pipeline prospects for achieving sustainable business growth consistently. 5) To build brand awareness through various demand generation activities. 6) To successfully implement various sales promotions & schemes initiated by HO in the respective territory. 7) To report competition activities, functional report timely. Experience Required : Candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in channel sales preferably from Paint Industry or building material ( Tiles, Pipe, Bath fitting, Glass, etc) Industry. Desired candidate should be aged below 30 years.
