  1. Deepen relationships with distributors resulting in positive mind share and eventually AUM from them for various offerings.
  2. Run planned engagements throughout the year with product teams, senior leaders, and relationship managers of large channels to build brand recall.
  3. Plan travel engagements pan India to cultivate relationships with partners around the country.
  4. Handhold partner and their clients for queries, investment related discussions, product pitches, new client acquisition initiatives, etc.
  5. Idea generation, brainstorming for new business pipeline, and collect relevant ground/industry feedback for feeding into respective internal teams.
Requirements
  1. Education: MBA in Finance or relevant certifications (e.g., PMS, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, NISM 21A) preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Experience: 3-4 years in Asset Management or Wealth Management is essential.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong understanding of investment avenues, equity investing, and fundamental analysis.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong networks.
    • Process-driven, organized, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with CRM, call, and email management software is a plus.
