• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual communication narratives aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
• Define and execute a roadmap for PR and corporate communication strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the finance/stock broking/insurance/MF/loan sectors.
• Clearly articulate the product, brand, and business vision for relevant target groups (TGs) to leverage multi-media platforms effectively.
• Lead media relations efforts across online and traditional media channels, fostering positive relationships and enhancing brand visibility.
• Develop thought leadership initiatives for all three founders, identifying strategic pillars and opportunities for industry influence.
• Design and implement an annual media strategy and execution plan, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends to optimize outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, compliance, and product development to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on communication matters, including crisis management and reputation protection.

What do you need to bring

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Mass Media, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in strategic communication roles within the finance/fintech industry, with a focus on broking, AMCs, or exchanges.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing finance, stock broking, insurance, mutual funds, and loans.
• Proven track record in strategic communication planning and execution, with a strong understanding of media relations across online and traditional platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform communication strategies.
• Experience in content creation within the finance domain is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
