  • Planning, organizing and conducting holistic capability building program focused on Six Sigma, TPM, TQM & LEAN Initiatives
  • Prepare strategy and road map to execute above capability building initiatives.
  • Provide Coaching/Mentoring to the plants for identifying, selecting and resolving problems by using Lean, TQM & Problem solving methodology.
  • Developing and implementing structure for driving Lean Projects
  • Organize promotional activities to promote the culture of Continuous improvement.
  • Ensure discipline and cadence of reviews of projects with each team as well as with plant leadership teams and publishing of reports to Manager
  • Publish periodic dashboards on the progress of the function.
  • Drive relevant Rewards and Recognition by evaluating projects
  • Design and prepare innovative ways of trainings apart from classroom training
  • Driving Digital initiatives as and when required for the function.
Educational Qualification & Experience
  • BE or B Tech with post-graduation in management having 7 to 9 years of experience in driving LEAN, Continuous Excellence program TQM, etc.
  • In depth Strategic and executing knowledge on LEAN, TQM, Quality tools, Data analytical skills
  • Good Analytical Skill
  • Can impart training on Lean & Quality Tools
  • Good Communication & Leadership Skill
  • Ability to guide team on TQM & LEAN practices
  • Digital Transformation (ability to manage portals and dashboards)
  • Enthusiastic and Passionate to drive Continuous Excellence
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work with people across hierarchy levels
  • Willing to travel across India as per requirement
  • Exposure to consulting and facilitative work is preferred
