JOB DESCRIPTIONJob PurposeThis position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the Professional loans business
  • Drive internal customer cross-sell as the most important source of acquisition.
  • Have a thorough understanding of alternate business channels like internet.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Should have a MBA/Post Graduate with 10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing in lending business with 3-4 years in a leadership role.
  • Should have handled multiple regions and large size teams in previous role.
  • Should possess the below skill sets:
    • Excellent knowledge of salaried loans segment

    • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
