Job Description

    As a member of the International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in delivering borderless banking and world-class wealth management services to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:- Ensuring timely and error-free reporting of transactions received at the ISC- Acting as a point of escalation and tracking high aging cases for the assigned locations- Ensuring locations adhere to audit requirements and follow BAU processes consistently- Conducting regular meetings with Mutual Fund Distributors to promote self-service options and stay updated on the latest regulations- Proper utilization of CRM (SFDC) to capture activities, complaints, and queries- Handling institutional desk transactions and coordinating with corporate customers for best-in-class service- Managing customer communication effectively for timely issue resolution- Suggesting initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction- Collaborating closely with Mutual Fund Distributors and Sales team to maintain service standards- Monitoring service providers and promptly addressing any discrepancies- Maintaining proper record-keeping of documents and branch controls to ensure audit readiness- Contributing to assigned projects and completing them as per the project planQualifications required for this role:- A Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Finance Industry- NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors certification- Experience in customer interface and communication skills- Proficiency in MS Office applications- Strong command over the English languageAt HSBC, we are committed to creating a workplace where all employees are valued, respected, and their opinions are valued.
