Job Description

    As a Finance Analyst at our Nagpur location, your role involves various key result areas and activities including:- Handling the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process by reviewing Statements of Work (SOW), pricing, invoicing, and collections for allocated clients.- Conducting financial analysis and reporting by creating and understanding portfolio analysis procedures, suggesting measures for margin and utilization improvement, coordinating with Accounts Receivable Financial Analysts (AR FAs), and preparing regular reports such as AR Aging and Cash Collections.- Reviewing SOWs, creating pricing structures, managing invoicing, and following up on collections for allocated clients.- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations related to Account Receivables (AR) including SEZ, STPI, and GST, and coordinating with the Finance & Accounts team for the same.- Participating in internal and statutory audits related to AR, assisting in regular tasks, and monitoring AR-related record-keeping processes.Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications such as ICAI, ICWAI, ICMAI, or MBA in Finance.Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and conducting analysis.- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process to align with organizational objectives.- Ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations.- Collaborating with other departments to gather financial data and address related queries.To excel in this role, you should possess:- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.- Proficiency in financial software, tools, and Microsoft Excel.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.With 1 to 3 years of experience, this role is based in Nagpur.
