Job Description

    About the Role:We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to drive merchant acquisition and promote digital payment solutions, specifically EDC (card swipe) machines. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, maintaining relationships, and ensuring smooth adoption of EDC products at ground level.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new merchants for EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines and other digital payment solutions.
    • Pitch products and services to retailers, shop owners, and small businesses.
    • Ensure proper installation and training of merchants on using EDC devices.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Resolve merchant issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Collect feedback from merchants and share insights for service improvement.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and merchant details in CRM tools.
    Candidate Requirements:12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.Experience: 0 -2 years in field sales (FMCG, Telecom, Fintech preferred). Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in local language and Hindi/English.
    • Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Familiarity with EDC machines and digital payments is a plus.
