    1. Greets guest and processes CenterOperations (only Admin work)
    2. Develop good open communication and rapport with all clients.
    3. Client Handling, maintain records (Vendor support and management)
    4. Attending and contributing to the monthlysalesstrategy meetings.
    5. Liaison with external entities like vendors, agencies for collateral management, coordination andfinal delivery.
    6. Creating a focus on attracting new business (Market research- tracking market competency)
    7. Responding and Conversion of leads into potential accounts
    8. Keeps current on center accommodations, services, and area attractions.
    9. Responds to customer inquiries for information.
    10. When walk in clients, you need to introduce about company`s products and services.
    11. Arranges for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate.
    12. Recognize return clients and ensure all clients expectations are met and exceeded at all times(Relationship Management).
    13. Stays current with developments in the center by reviewing and updating the communication log.
    14. Handles customer complaints, refers to centerManagerwherever necessary.
