Provide support to the regional controllers offices, local country offices, finance, treasury, and other departments such as Human Resources, taxes, and supply chain. Ensure appropriate controls are followed to minimize errors and provide accurate accounting information to internal clients. Work closely with the regional coordinator to provide support and oversight to the ATR Accounting team, implement process improvement changes, and answer questions from the team and internal clients.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review reconciliations of General Ledger accounts, analyze, and explain variations, review aging of account balances for appropriate actions.- Ensure accounting information reliability for timely decision-making by countries.- Perform monthly close duties, support the reporting process, and consolidate business units.- Record and review accounting transactions, as requested or necessary.- Identify new improvement programs, interact with different countries in the Latin American Region, collaborate in development of management tools, new/review existing policies and procedures, and ensure effective implementation.- Collaborate with stakeholders, finance teams, management, and vendors, and effectively manage projects and expense processes.Qualifications- Degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance, or equivalent experience.- 7 to 9 years in a similar position, team leader experience preferred.- Highly motivated individual with networking, analytical, and organizational skills.- Familiar with Financial Statement Analysis and/or financial system of LAO countries.- Advanced SAP and Microsoft Office tools knowledge preferred.About the CompanyKimberly-Clark is known for legendary brands like Huggies, Kleenex, Cottonelle, and more.
