Role Overview:FirstCry.com is Asias largest online shopping portal for kids and baby products, with over 90,000 products and more than 7 lac happy customers. The company, which started in 2010 with 4 members, has now expanded to have over 1200 employees. Headquartered in Pune, FirstCry.com also has a presence in Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai. The company is rapidly growing and has over 300 stores across various states in India.Key Responsibilities:- Shadow members of the accounting department and assist them in their duties- Help with research, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records- Prepare financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and invoices- Work with bookkeeping software and handle confidential information with honesty- Learn to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients- Take on additional tasks or projects to gain more knowledge about accounting and office operationsQualifications Required:- Proficiency in Accounting and Tally- Willingness to earn certifications in Accounting, Financial modeling valuation, Personal Finance, Stock Market Trading, and Business Analytics- Full-time availability for in-office internship between 10th Jul23 and 14th Aug23- Open to relocating to Pune or neighboring cities- Relevant skills and interests in the field of finance and accounting(Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
