Job Description

    As a Business PMO Support 50, your role involves supporting projects and small programs in various disciplines to ensure effective coordination and execution for achieving desired outcomes. You will provide administrative and communication support by maintaining plans, budgets, quality standards, resource allocation, deliverables, and dependencies. Additionally, you will assist project and program managers with tool administration, new joiner activities, facilities management, communication, and basic reporting. Your responsibilities include interpreting project control reports, suggesting actions to keep projects on track, and supporting medium complexity projects involving multiple disciplines or sites over a year. You will work under general supervision, adhere to Philips PMO standards, and perform consolidated risk reporting while escalating significant risks for timely mitigation.- Supports projects or small programs in multi-discipline areas to ensure effective coordination and execution across various project activities and initiatives.- Delivers administrative and communication support by maintaining an overview of plans, budget, quality standards, resource allocation, deliverables, and dependencies.- Ensures application and adherence to Philips PMO standards, policies, procedures, templates, and best practices.- Provides generic support to project/program managers, including tool administration, new joiner activities, facilities management, project communication, and basic reporting.- Assists multiple managers by interpreting and analyzing project control reports, suggesting necessary actions to keep projects on track.- Supports medium complexity projects or small programs involving multiple disciplines or sites.- Facilitates knowledge sharing and consolidation by maintaining PMO SharePoint, best practice sharing meetings, and capturing lessons learned.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.Minimum Experience:- Minimum 4 years of experience in Administrative Support, PMO Procedures, Project Management, Agile Methodologies, or equivalent.Preferred Skills:- Stakeholder Partnership- Emotional Intelligence- Ownership and Commitment- Network Performance- Customer Centricity- Judgement- Learning Agility- Business Acumen- Risk Management- Servant Leadership- Project Management Tools- Administrative Support- Documentation & Reporting- Microsoft Office As a Business PMO Support 50, your role involves supporting projects and small programs in various disciplines to ensure effective coordination and execution for achieving desired outcomes.
