Agile Business Analyst - Payroll

Job Description

As a Business Analyst at ADP Private Limited, your primary role will involve collecting requirements from clients and vendors for NAS products such as Enterprise, Vantage ADPR, Vantage UVI, SDG, MR, and Autopay. You should possess skills in working with Classic tools and configuring the mentioned applications. Your responsibilities include:- Gathering requirements from clients and vendors- Demonstrating a good understanding of the HCM domain, Payroll, and Benefits- Utilizing BA Tools and Techniques effectively- Conducting Impact and Gap analysis based on the received requirements- Creating contingency plans and offering alternative solutions- Excelling in communication, both written and verbal- Working in Agile and Waterfall models- Understanding SDLC phases and work structure- Developing Detailed Project Plans using tools like Excel and MPP- Having knowledge of SQL, API, JSON, and Manual Testing- Understanding bug tracking flow (STLC)- Performing Unit Testing, UAT, writing test cases, and creating test matrices- Scheduling meetings with clients and vendors for document walkthroughs- Understanding SFTP/MFT setup and completing configurations- Quickly triaging issues and providing solutions- Supporting and mentoring new associates- Explaining domain concepts to the Development TeamIn addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, you will also:- Implement interfaces as a liaison between ADP and Client/Vendor systems- Understand the 5 Project Management process groups- Write SQL queries with various types of joins for data validation- Have expertise in MS Excel functionalities like V-Lookup, H-Lookup, and Pivot tables- Write FRD, BRD, SRS documents and create Test cases and matrices- Handle stakeholder communications effectively- Create contingency plans- Possess knowledge of SFTP/FTP/MFT- Train and mentor associates on HCM Domain and Process knowledgeDesired Skills for this role include:- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills- Effective communication and presentation abilities- Coordination with team members to achieve objectives- Prioritization skills and meeting deadlines/SLAs- Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office tools- Ability to work independently as a Project ManagerTo be eligible for this position, you should have:- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology, BCA, BCS, B.Sc.
